Our foundation courses assume no prior experience, while cuisine-specific and technique courses typically expect basic familiarity with kitchen work. Absolutely. Gift vouchers are available for specific courses or monetary values that recipients can apply toward any session. Vouchers are valid for twelve months from purchase and can be combined with additional payment if the recipient chooses a higher-value course.
Yes. Book three or more courses at once and receive 10% off the total. This applies to any combination of courses for an individual or group. Corporate bookings for team training programmes are quoted individually based on scope and requirements.
In the rare event we need to cancel a course, you receive a full refund or priority booking on the next available date. We aim to provide at least 48 hours notice and work to reschedule affected participants as quickly as possible.
