Booking Terms

Making a Booking

When you enquire about a course, we will confirm availability and provide payment details. Your booking is confirmed once we receive payment in full. You will receive written confirmation of your booking via email.

Pricing

All prices displayed are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect bookings already confirmed and paid for.

Payment

Full payment is required to confirm your booking. We accept payment by bank transfer, debit card, and credit card. For corporate bookings, we may agree alternative payment terms in writing.

Cancellation by You

You may cancel your booking under the following terms:

Seven or more days before the course: Full refund
Less than seven days before the course: Credit toward future courses (valid for 12 months)

Cancellations must be made in writing via email. You may transfer your booking to another person at any time at no additional charge.

Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel courses due to insufficient enrolment, instructor illness, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will offer you a full refund or priority rebooking on an alternative date. We are not liable for any consequential costs you may incur.

Course Conduct

Participants must follow all safety instructions provided by our staff. We reserve the right to exclude any participant whose conduct we deem disruptive, unsafe, or in violation of these terms, without refund.

Dietary Requirements and Allergies

Please inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements when booking. While we take reasonable precautions, our kitchen handles common allergens including nuts, dairy, eggs, gluten, shellfish, and soy. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Participation is at your own risk, and we recommend individuals with severe allergies consult with us before booking.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of laser-shadow Culinary Education Ltd or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are valid for twelve months from the date of purchase. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. If a voucher is used toward a course of lesser value, no change or credit will be given for the difference. Vouchers for higher-value courses can be supplemented with additional payment.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:
